Suggested wording
Leaving a gift in your Will is simple. Just copy the following text and give it to your lawyer, along with your chosen donation amount:
I give to Peke Waihanga Foundation, of Level 8, City Chambers, 142 Featherston Street (entry on Johnston Street), Wellington 6011, New Zealand, NZBN 9429051478407, the sum of $_____ / _____% of my residuary estate, to be used for its general purposes. I declare that the receipt of an authorised officer of the organisation shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my executors.
