Making a complaint

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment as a patient, whanau/family or caregiver, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the service provided to you, including:

  1. Treatment by any Peke Waihanga team member.
  2. The provision of any service in any centre/clinic
  3. The provision of an artificial limb or orthoses.
  4. Issue relating to how your personal or health information has been collected.
